Charles Fishbein - Founder/President
Charles Fishbein is the Founder of Elite Scouting Services and has been identifying high school football players for over a decade. His innate eye for those special athletes that deserve the opportunity to play college football has allowed him to earn national recognition with coaches, athletes and peers. Charles has a deep belief that football serves as a vehicle to create opportunities and change lives. "It's truly a blessing to have the opportunity to do what you truly love and make a living doing it. I wake up every day energized by the responsibility I feel to provide opportunities to those who have separated themselves from the field. We are very proud of our accomplishments to date and are just getting started! We won't stop until we are identifying talent nationwide."

 

Shawn Garrity - CEO
Shawn attended Syracuse University (Class ‘86’) where he received his B.A Degree in Communications and also received the Bill Miller Outstanding Student, Athlete Citizen Award as a scholarship athlete (Football). In 2009, Shawn was inducted into the Holy Name CCHS Hall of Fame recognized for his lifetime achievement. Shawn began his professional career in the marketing and events industry founding several successful companies while working with fortune 100 brands including Fujifilm, Warner Bros, Turner Broadcasting, MGM and Sharp Electronics to name a few. Over the last decade, Shawn has made a strong mark in the entertainment industry creating integrated marketing and event properties working with ESPN, NBC, CBS College Sports, Gatorade, Adidas, Goodyear, Athlon Sports, University of Tennessee, World Baseball Classic (MLB) and the Orange Bowl Committee to name a few. Shawn has defined a true leadership position for himself in the entertainment industry and currently serves on several advisory boards including the Falk College of Sport & Human Dynamics at Syracuse University.


Corey Long - National Development Director
Corey Long has been covering college football recruiting since 1996 with the Tampa Tribune. Over the past 16 years, he has worked for The Ledger in Lakeland, Florida and was the Managing Editor of Florida Football Magazine (later called FNF Florida Magazine) in 2006. After five years at FNF Florida, Corey left and joined the ESPN family where he covered recruiting on ESPN.com and was a contributor to the Recruiting Nation show on ESPNU. In 2013 Long operates the long-form recruiting analysis site FUEL Recruiting (www.FUELrecruiting.com) and is a contributor for the Tampa Bay Times, 247Sports and several other outlets. He is based out of St. Petersburg, FL.

 

Clinton Burkes - Director SE Scouting
Clinton Burkes attended the University of Georgia where he earned both a B.B.A. in Finance and a B.S.Ed in Sport Management.  Upon graduation, Mr. Burkes began working with Elite Scouting Services covering the state of Georgia.  While overseeing one of the top football producing states in the country, Mr. Burkes has developed working relationships with some of the most successful football coaches and schools in the state.  Mr. Burkes has scouted hundreds of high school football players through attending practices, games, 7 on 7 tournaments, combines, as well as through the analysis of game film.  Recently, Mr. Burkes has begun branching out into adjacent states to find more top talent in the Southeast.  His goal is to become one of the top talent evaluators in the country and assist high school athletes realize their dreams of playing college football.


Todderick Hunt - Director NE Scouting
Todderick Hunt played high school football and basketball at Woodbridge (N.J.) high school and was a standout under head coach Bill Nyers. He then went on to play collegiate football at Towson (Md.) University under head coach Gordy Combs. Hunt finished up his college studies at Rutgers University, where he earned a degree from the Rutgers Business School in Management. Since the conclusion of his playing days, Hunt has managed StateofRutgers.com, a Rutgers team site that was at one time a part of the Scout.com/Fox Sports Next network. He also wrote, edited, coordinated content for and assisted in the development of the site when it transitioned into an independent venture. Hunt was an executive board member as well as offensive and defensive line coach at America’s Elite Football Camp, held in Colonia, N.J. He also covers New Jersey high school football and basketball recruiting for the Star-Ledger/NJ.com. Hunt works as a football color analyst for Verizon Fios1 Sports. And he is also an executive board member and assistant head coach for the North Edison Shamrocks, a group that won the Central Jersey Division III championship in 2012. Hunt, a member of the Maxwell Football Club, hosted the Maxwell Football Awards dinner in 2012. He is also a part-time contributor to the National Underclassman Combine.


Will Treat - Director of West Coast Scouting
With Passion and relentless character, Will Treat has developed, managed and helped brands acquire a presence on a national level. His recently achievement Off The Hook Recruiting. Considered a jack of all trades in the industry, Will has coached, mentored and provided guidance to student athletes at all levels of competition. Additionally he has developed numerous recruiting strategies, published educational recruiting materials, produced athlete films and evaluated talent. Hundreds of families have benefited from his assistance navigating the recruiting & financial aid process successfully.


Scott Hansen
Scott Hansen hails from Fremont, Nebraska and spent 14 years active duty in the United States Air Force as a maintainer and program manager. During his tour in the USAF from 1995 until 2009, Mr. Hansen made stops in Italy, England, South Dakota, and Oklahoma. While in Oklahoma, Hansen was the sports editor of the MidCity Advocate, a weekly downtown newspaper in Oklahoma City and covered the NBA Hornets, a championship-winning NAIA University, and three local high schools. Hansen was a correspondent for MaxPreps from 2006 through 2008, covering high school sports in Oklahoma, Texas, and Nebraska. Hansen relocated to Texas in 2010 and has contributed to FUEL Recruiting as well as his current position as Staff Writer for Lone Star Gridiron.


Julie Corona - Director Client Services
Julie is known as Ms. Julie in the Football world to College coaches and HS prospects. Julie KNOWS Football! Growing up on a steady diet of Green Bay Packers and Wisconsin Badgers Football, Julie moved to South Florida where she fell in love with the High School Football Game. Julie established herself in the South Florida market launching football camps with current/ former NFL players and College Coaches to help prospects hear from those that have been where they desire to go. Focusing on Academics, Character and their love of the game. Julie continues to find the Diamonds in the Rough, by writing talent evaluations and producing hi-light reels.Over the last 5 years, Julie has grown her national reputation and client base at major college football programs across the US.


Coach Rob D. Deck
Coach Rob D. Deck brings 25 plus years of experience. Coach Deck is from Ohio (Akron). He writes updated scouting reports on the top performing Youth and High School players and he was the wide reciever coach at Akron John R. Buchtel High School (2004 - 2009); he access talent of potential players; conduct training drills; assist with player conditioning and weight training; review game films and predict and access opposing teams strategy; scout opposing teams and develop game preparation for next opponent.

He was a Deputy Commissioner with the Akron Parent Pee - Wee Football Association from (2003 - 2008) West Griffins, RB/DB (1989-1990),South Rangers, Asst Head Coach and Defense Coordinator (1990-1998), Firestone High School Varsity Football RB/DB and J.V. Football Head Coach (1999-2004), Coach Deck was also the Buchtel High School J.V. Head football Coach and Co - Offense Coordinator (2004 - 2006), Director of Football Operations North East Ohio AYF ( 2009 - 2012), USA Football Commissioner (Present), Black Coaches Association Member, Member of 100 Black Men of Greater Akron, Football Scout with Junior Rank Sports (Ohio) 2011 - Present, Team USA 15U Developmental, RB/WR/DB Coach in the NUC All - American Game 2012 (North) Youth/Fresh/Soph.

Coach Rob D. Deck was part of the IFAF Junior World Championship with Eight Nations representing four continents and they play at Canton Fawcett Stadium Canton, Ohio (Hall of Fame) young men from Canada, Mexico, Japan, Germany, Swedan, France, and New Zeland. www.jwcfootball.com

He is also volunteer for Salvation Army (Toys for Tots), United Way, Next Step Program were he serves as a mentor young men & women, the program focuses on improving the lives of youth ages 14 -21 (2012 - Present). (WCRS Radio Network) This is a radio reading service for the blind, were he reads from an assortment of newspapers and magazines. These recordings are aired over a special crystal radio which is possessed by our vision impaired listeners. (2005 -2009). And he is a member of Project Ujima (Collecive Work & Responsibility) Buchtel Research Action Team, Project Ujima is a project of the Akron Neighborhood Trust. The Akron neighborhood Trust is a community engagement consulting partnership (Present).

Mike Hopper - Director Marketing and Systems
Mike is a 25-year veteran of interactive design and application development. Bringing technology to the trade show industry earned early success allowing access to fortune 500 client and the development of interactive kiosks, digital multi-media displays and online apps to configure trade show booth arrangements. After 9/11, the industry took a big hit and Mike worked with Shawn Garrity to build the online component of MSL Combines; a company which hosted football combines around the country capturing digital video and athletic stats for on-demand access to college coaches via the internet. Mike currently focuses on local customers in the Las Vegas Valley. He has produced solutions for: SW Gas, Newland Communities (Symphony Park - City of Las Vegas), Harrah's Entertainment, Metro Police (Homeland Security STIX application), Department of Labor (prime vendor for all marketing and online systems improvement) .... plus a variety of local residential and commercial builders in the Las Vegas valley. Mike is a recognized industry expert and speaks at industry-related events and customer seminars. He also served as past President of Las Vegas Chapter AIGA (American Institute of Graphic Arts) and Board Director for 6 years and served 6 years on the Advisory Board for The Art Institute developing and approving classroom curriculum for graphic art students.
